    دور أتمتة المراسلات والعمليات الإدارية في تحسين أداء المؤسسات دراسة تطبيقية لتصميم منصة إلكترونية باستخدام n8n

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور أتمتة العمليات الإدارية باعتبارها إحدى الكائز الأساسية للتحول الرقمي في المؤسسات، وبيان أثرها في تحسين الأداء المؤسسي، ورفع الكفاءة التشغيلية، وتقليل الأخطاء، وتسريع اتخاذ القرار، وتعرض الدراسة الإطار المفاهيمي للأتمتة، وأهم مجالات تطبيقها، وأثرها في تحسين جودة العمل والتخفيف من الأعباء الإدارية الروتينية، كمارتكز على منصة 18n بوصفها أداة عملية لبناء مسارات العمل الآلية وإدارة العمليات الإدارية، وفي الجانب التطبيقي تقرح الدراسة نظاما آليا لتتبع المراسلات الإدارية بهدف معالجة مشكلات التأخر، وضعف الرقابة، وغياب المتابعة الفعالة، وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن نجاح الأتمتة يرتبط بتوفر البنية التحتية التقنية، وجاهزية الموارد البشرية، ودعم الإدارة، والحكمة الفعالة= This study aims to highlight the role of administrative process automation as one of the main pillars of digital transformation in institutions and to examine its impact on improving institutional performance, increasing operational efficiency, reducing errors, and accelerating decision-making. The study presents the conceptual framework of automation, its main fields of application, and its contribution to improving work quality and reducing routine administrative burdens. It also focuses on the n8n platform as a practical tool for building automated workflows and managing administrative processes. On the practical side, the study proposes an automated system for tracking administrative correspondence in order to address delays, weak monitoring, and the absence of effective follow-up mechanisms. The study concludes that the success of automation depends on the availability of technical infrastructure, employee readiness, managerial support, and effective governance.

    دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

    تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور التحول الرقمي في تعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بولاية تبسة. وللإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، حيث تم توزيعه على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة حيز الدراسة. كما تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية SPSS، من خلال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية، مثل المتوسطات الحسابية، الانحراف المعياري، تحليل الانحدار الخطي، واختبارات الصدق والثبات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية للتحول الرقمي في تعزيز اليقظة الاستراتيجية داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة، سواء على المستوى الكلي أو على مستوى الأبعاد الفرعية المتمثلة في التقنيات، البيانات، الموارد البشرية، والعمليات. كما تبين عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للخصائص الشخصية والوظيفية لأفراد العينة. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تعزيز جهود التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية باعتباره مدخلا أساسيا لدعم اليقظة الاستراتيجية وتحسين القدرة التنافسية في بيئة تتسم بالتغير المستمر= This study aims to examine the role of digital transformation in enhancing strategic vigilance in economic institutions, through a field study at Algeria Telecom in Tebessa. The study adopted a descriptive analytical approach. Data were collected using a questionnaire distributed to a sample of the institution’s employees and analyzed through SPSS. The analysis relied on descriptive and inferential statistical methods, including means, standard deviations, linear regression, and validity and reliability tests. The results revealed a good level of digital transformation within the institution under study, along with a statistically significant positive effect of digital transformation on enhancing strategic vigilance, both overall and across its dimensions: technologies, data, human resources, and processes. The results also showed no statistically significant differences attributable to the respondents’ personal and job-related characteristics. In light of these findings, the study emphasizes the importance of strengthening digital transformation efforts within economic institutions, as a key approach to supporting strategic vigilance and improving competitiveness in an environment characterized by continuous change.
