    Etude de faisabilité technico-économique et sociale de gisement de granite à Chétaïbi, Annaba

    ملخص تتناول هذه المذكرة دراسة الجدوى التقنية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية لرواسب الميكرو-غرانوديوريت بموقع قديات الزوبية، الواقع في بلدية شتايبي، ولاية عنابة، والتابع لمجمع GICAالصناعي. تنطلق الدراسة من تقديم جيولوجي للرواسب، يعقبه تقدير للاحتياطيات باستخدام برنامج . GEOVIA SURPACكما تم تحديد المعاملات التكنولوجية للاستغلال في المناجم المفتوحة لكل من التوف والميكرو-غرانوديوريت. وقد أتاح التحليل الاقتصادي، بالاعتماد على تطبيقنا ، TCRتقييم تكاليف الاستثمار ومصاريف التشغيل ومدى ربحية المشروع على مدى عشر سنوات. أما الدراسة الاجتماعية فتُبرز الأثر الإيجابي على التشغيل المحلي والعائدات الجبائية.. الكلمات المفتاحية : ميكرو-غرانوديوريت، قديات الزوبية، شتايبي، منجم مفتوح ، الجدوى التقنية والاقتصادية، ، الأثر ،TCRالاجتماعي، الأثر البيئي، Abstract This thesis focuses on the techno-economic and social feasibility study of the microgranodiorite deposit of KOUDIAT EZZOUBIA, located in the municipality of Chétaïbi, Annaba province, and operated under the GICA industrial group. The study begins with a geological presentation of the deposit, followed by a reserve estimation carried out using GEOVIA SURPAC software. The open-pit exploitation technological parameters were determined for both tuff and micro-granodiorite. The techno-economic analysis, supported by our TCR application, assessed the investments, operating costs, and project profitability over a ten-year period. The social study highlights the positive impact on local employment and fiscal revenues. Résumé Ce mémoire porte sur l'étude de faisabilité technico-économique et sociale du gisement de micro-granodiorite de KOUDIAT EZZOUBIA, situé dans la commune de Chétaïbi, wilaya d'Annaba, et exploité dans le cadre du groupe GICA. L'étude débute par une présentation géologique du gisement, suivie d'une estimation des réserves réalisée à l'aide du logiciel GEOVIA SURPAC. Les paramètres technologiques d'exploitation à ciel ouvert ont été déterminés pour le tuf et le micro-granodiorite. L'analyse technico-économique, appuyée par notre application TCR, a permis d'évaluer les investissements, les charges d'exploitation et la rentabilité du projet sur dix ans. L'étude sociale met en évidence l'impact positif sur l'emploi local et les recettes fiscales.
