دور الاتصال القيادي في تعزيز الانتماء السياسي لدى الأحزاب السياسية دراسة ميدانية لأعضاء حزب صوت الشعب

Abstract

يُشكل الإتصال القيادي في حزب "صوت الشعب" المحرك الأساسي لبناء وتشكيل الإنتماء السياسي ،حيث إستطاع الحزب تجاوز حداثة نشأته في ولاية تبسة عبر إستقطاب قاعدة نخبويّة مؤهلة علمياً. ومع ذلك، تخلص الدراسة إلى أن فاعلية هذا الإتصال القيادي تظل مشروطة بقدرة القيادة على الإنتقال من "النمط النخبوي" إلى أنماط إتصالية جماهيرية أكثر شمولاً. ويهدف هذا التحول إلى ضمان إستدامة الولاء والإنتماء السياسي، وترجمته من مجرد انتماء فكري إلى سلوك نضالي يتسم بالديمومة والفاعلية. Abstract : Leadership communication within the "Sawt Al-Shaab" (Voice of the People) party serves as the fundamental engine for building and shaping political affiliation. Despite its recent establishment in the Tébessa province, the party has successfully overcome its novelty by attracting a highly qualified, elite intellectual base. However, the study concludes that the effectiveness of this communication remains contingent upon the leadership's ability to transition from "elitist patterns" toward more inclusive mass communication strategies. This shift aims to ensure the sustainability of organizational loyalty and to translate it from mere intellectual affiliation into active, enduring, and high-intensity field activism. Résumé : La communication de la direction du parti « Sawt Al-Shaab » (Voix du Peuple) constitue le moteur essentiel de la construction et du développement de l’affiliation politique. Malgré sa création récente dans la province de Tébessa, le parti a su surmonter son statut de nouveauté en attirant une base intellectuelle d’élite hautement qualifiée. Cependant, l’étude conclut que l’efficacité de cette communication reste tributaire de la capacité de la direction à passer de schémas élitistes à des stratégies de communication de masse plus inclusives. Ce changement vise à garantir la pérennité de la loyauté organisationnelle et à la traduire d’une simple affiliation intellectuelle en un activisme de terrain actif, durable et intense.
