اثر إنتهاك الخصوصية في البيئة الرقمية على سلوك الطالب الجامعي- دراسة ميدانية على عينة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال بجامعة الشيخ الشهيد العربي التبسي-تبسة

Abstract

تنتمي هذه الدراسة إلى الدراسات الوصفية التي تستهدف التعرف على وعليه إنطلقت الدراسة من التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في: كيف يؤثر إنتهاك الخصوصية في البيئة الرقمية على سلوك الطالب الجامعي في جامعة العربي التبسي؟ كما وتسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق جملة من الأهداف تتمثل في التعرف على كيفية إدارك الطلاب في جامعة العربي التبسي لإحتمالية تعرض بياناتهم الشخصية للانتهاك داخل المنصات الرقميةـ، وتحديد أنواع السلوك الرقمي التي قد تتغير نتيجة شعورهم بإنتهاك الخصوصية، إضافة إلى التعرف على تأثير الإحساس بإنتهاك الخصوصية على مستوى المشاركة الأكاديمية لديهم، وفي إطار تحقيق ذلك تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المعتمد على التحليل، إضافة إلى الإستعانة بأداة الإستبانة على عينة طبقية عشوائية مكونة من 100 مفردة من طلبة قسم علوم الإعلام والإتصال، ما أسفر عن التوصل إلى النتائج التالية: أغلب أفراد العينة يدركون بشكل مرتفع احتمال تعرض بياناتهم الشخصية للانتهاك داخل المنصات الرقمية، ويظهر ذلك من خلال اعتقادهم بأن تطبيقات ومنصات التواصل قد تجمع معلوماتهم دون علمهم الشعور بانتهاك الخصوصية يؤدي إلى تغييرات واضحة في السلوك الرقمي لدى الطلبة، حيث يتمثل ذلك في الامتناع عن نشر الصور والبيانات الشخصية، تجنب التفاعل داخل المجموعات والصفحات الافتراضية الإحساس بانتهاك الخصوصية يؤثر بشكل مباشر على مستوى المشاركة الأكاديمية لدى الطلبة، حيث يؤدي إلى تقليل التفاعل الرقمي داخل البيئة التعليمية، والشعور بعدم الارتياح في التعلم الرقمي This study belongs to descriptive studies that aim to identify the impact of privacy violation within the digital environment on university students’ behavior. Accordingly, the study was based on the following main research question: How does the violation of privacy in the digital environment affect the behavior of university students at Larbi Tebessi University? This study also seeks to achieve a set of objectives, including identifying how students at Larbi Tebessi University perceive the possibility of their personal data being violated within digital platforms, determining the types of digital behavior that may change as a result of their feeling of privacy violation, as well as identifying the impact of the feeling of privacy violation on their level of academic participation. In order to achieve these objectives, the study relied on the descriptive analytical method, in addition to using the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was administered to a stratified random sample consisting of 100 students from the Department of Media and Communication Sciences.,The study reached the following results: -Most members of the sample highly perceive the possibility of their personal data being violated within digital platforms, as reflected in their belief that communication applications and platforms may collect their information without their knowledge. -The feeling of privacy violation leads to clear changes in students’ digital behavior, represented by refraining from publishing personal photos and data, and avoiding interaction within virtual groups and pages. -The feeling of privacy violation directly affects the level of students’ academic participation, as it reduces digital interaction within the educational environment and creates a sense of discomfort toward digital learning.
