اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو الأخبار الزائفة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر منصة تيك توك

Abstract

بالعربية: تندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن بحوث قياس الاتجاه في علوم الإعلام والاتصال، وتهدف إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو الأخبار الزائفة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر منصة "تيك توك“، مع محاولة التعرف على دوافعهم وحاجاتهم لمتابعة المواد الإخبارية عبر هذه الأخيرة، وآليات تفاعلهم معها في ظل تطور تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتأثيرات المترتبة عن ذلك. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، باستخدام أداة الاستبيان المطبقة على عينة عددها (40) مفردة، من طلبة علوم الإعلام والاتصال بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تبسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الطلبة الجامعيين يتمتعون بدرجة مرتفعة من الاعتماد على مصادر الأخبار بشكل عام مع استخدام منصة تيك توك بمستوى متوسط وبشكل تكميلي وعرض ي، فيما كانت دوافع استخدامهم لها في المجال الإخباري متوسطة وترتكز أساسا على سهولة الوصول وسرعة التداول. كما أظهرت النتائج تمتع الطلبة بمستوى مرتفع من الوعي النقدي في تعاملهم مع الأخبار الزائفة المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي عبر ميلهم للتشكيك والتحقق، أما الأبعاد المعرفية والوجدانية والسلوكية فقد جاءت بمستوى متوسط، مع تسجيل تحديات تقنية في التمييز بين الأخبار نتيجة تطور الذكاء الاصطناعي، في حين يبقى التأثير السلوكي لهذه الأخبار على الطلبة محدودا نسبيا، مما يعكس درجة من التحكم والوعي في سلوكهم الإعلامي. بالإنجليزية: This study falls within the scope of attitude measurement research in media and communication sciences. It aims to reveal university students’ attitudes toward AI-powered fake news on the “TIKTOK” platform, while attempting to identify their motivations and needs for Following news content via the latter, furthermore, it explores their interaction mechanisms with such content in light of the advancement of artificial intelligence technologies and the resulting implications The study employed a descriptive-analytical approach, utilizing a questionnaire administered to a sample of (40) individuals from among the media and communication science students at The Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Tébessa. The study reached several key findings, most notably: University students exhibit a high level of reliance on new sources in general, while their use of the TIKTOK platform is moderate, supplementary, and incidental. Their motivations for using TIKTOK for news purposes are moderate, primarily centered on ease of access and speed of dissemination. The results indicated that students possess a high level of critical awareness in dealing with AI-supported fake news, characterized by a tendency toward skepticism and fact-checking. The cognitive, emotional, and behavioral dimensions were found to be at a moderate level, with recorded technical challenges in distinguishing between news stories due to the evolution of AI. The behavioral impact of such news on students remains relatively limited, reflecting a degree of control and awareness in their media-related behavior.
