علاقة الذكاء الوجداني بالتكييف المدرسي: دراسة ميدانية لبعض متوسطات مدينة تبسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والتكيف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ السنة الأولى متوسط بمدينة تبسة. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، حيث شملت عينة مكونة من (49) تلميذاً وتلميذة تم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية. ولجمع البيانات تم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الوجداني لـ Bar-On & Parker المترجم من طرف رزق الله سهيل (2006)، ومقياس التكيف المدرسي لـ سمية بن عائشة، إضافة إلى إجراء مقابلات مع الطاقم التربوي. كما تمت المعالجة الإحصائية باستعمال برنامج SPSS من خلال حساب معامل ارتباط بيرسون.

Abstract : This study aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and school adjustment among first-year middle school students in the city of Tebessa. The study adopted the descriptive correlational method and included a sample of 49 students selected intentionally. Data were collected using the Emotional Intelligence Scale by Bar-On & Parker translated by Rezgallah Souheil (2006), and the School Adjustment Scale by Soumia Ben Aicha, in addition to interviews conducted with the educational staff. Statistical analysis was carried out using SPSS through Pearson’s correlation coefficient. The results revealed no statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and school adjustment in its four dimensions (psychological, social, academic, and environmental). All correlation coefficients were weak and statistically non-significant at the significance level of (0.05). These findings were explained by the small sample size, the transitional nature of the first year of middle school, and the influence of other factors such as family support and the school environment. The study recommended conducting future research on larger and more diverse samples.
