Abstract

تعتبر الكفايات التدريسية من أهم العوامل التي تؤثر على الأداء الوظيفي للأستاذ الجامعي لأنها تساعده على تحسين طريقة الشرح والتواصل مع الطلبة وتحقيق أهداف التعليم، لذلك أصبحت الجامعات تهتم بتطوير هذه الكفايات من أجل رفع مستوى الأداء وتحسين جودة التعليم الجامعي. وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير الكفايات التدريسية لدى الأساتذة الجامعيين على أدائهم الوظيفي بجامعة الشيخ العربي التبسي كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية لسنة 2025-2026 حيث استخدمت الطالبتان المنهج الوصفي واحتوت عينة الدراسة على 63 أستاذة وأستاذ جامعي، اختيرت العينة بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الكفايات التدريسية تؤثر بدرجة مرتفعة على الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة الجامعيين. Teaching competencies are considered one of the most important factors affecting a university professor’s job performance because they help him improve the method of explanation and communication with students and achieve educational goals, so universities have become interested in developing these competencies in order to raise the level of performance and improve the quality of university education. This study aimed to determine the impact of teaching competencies among university professors on their job performance at Sheikh Al-Arabi Al-Tabsi University, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, for the year 2025-2026. The two students used the descriptive approach and the study sample contained 63 female and male university professors. The sample was selected in a simple random manner. The results of the study concluded that teaching competencies have a high impact on the job performance of university professors.
