اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية نحو دور الأنشطة اللاصفية في تحسين التوافق المدرسي لدى التلاميذ -دراسة ميدانية ببعض ابتدائيات تبسة المدينة

Abstract

تهدف الدّراسة الحاليّة إلى التّعرف على إتّجاهات معلمي المرحلة الإبتدائيّة نحو دور الأنشطة اللّاصفية في تحسين التّوافق المدرسي لدى التّلاميذ، واستهدفت الدّراسة ايضا الكشف عن الفروق بين استجابات المعلمين نحو دور الأنشطة اللّاصفية في تحسين التّوافق المدرسي حسب متغيري التّخصص و الأقدميّة . ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف أجريت الدّراسة على عيّنة مكونة من 59 معلم ومعلمة تمّ اختيارها بطريقة عشوائيّة بسيطة من خمس ابتدائيّات في تبسّة المدينة وهي : إبتدائيّة رزق الله عبد الله، إبتدائيّة بوازديّة عيسى، إبتدائيّة دلول طالب، إبتدائيّة برأهميّة الشّريف و إبتدائيّة بلحسين محمّد علي، و تمّ الاعتمّاد على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج الأنسب للدّراسة، و تمّ إعداد استبيان مكوّن من 34 بند، ولتحليل بيانات الدّراسة استخدمنا برنامج الحزمة الاحصائية (SPSS) بالاعتمّاد على مجموعة من الاساليب الاحصائية مثل المتوسط الحسابي، الانحراف المعياري، اختبار تحليل التباين الاحادي (ANOVA) وغيرها، وأسفرت نتائج الدّراسة على انه: - لاتوجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين إتّجاهات معلمي المرحلة الابتدائية نحو دور الأنشطة اللّاصفية في تحسين التّوافق المدرسي لدى التلاميذ تعزى لمتغيري التّخصص ولاقدمية - أظهرت جميع فئات العيّنة إتّجاهات ايجابية عامة نحو دور الأنشطة اللّاصفية في الأبعد الثلاثة : ( تحسين علاقة التلاميذ ببعضهم البعض، تخفيض مظاهر القلق المدرسي، تحسين الاستيعاب و التحصيل) - الأقدميّة المهنية لا تؤثر في أي بعد من الأبعاد الثلاثة بينما متغير لتخصص يؤثر في بعض الأبعاد دون غيرها

- The current study aims to identify the attitudes of primary school teachers towards the role of extracurricular activities in improving school compatibility among students. The study also aimed to reveal the differences between teachers' responses towards the role of extracurricular activities in improving school compatibility according to the variables of specialization and seniority. - To achieve these objectives, the study was conducted on a sample of 59A male and female teacher were randomly selected from five primary schools in Tebessa, namely: Rizkallah Abdullah Primary School, Bouazdia Issa Primary School, Daloul Talib Primary School, Brahminical Sharif Primary School, and Belhoussine Mohamed Ali Primary School. The descriptive approach was relied upon as the most appropriate approach for the study, and a questionnaire consisting of 34 items was prepared. To analyze the study data, we used the Statistical Package Program (SPSS)Relying on a set of statistical methods such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, single variance analysis test (ANOVA) and others, the results of the study were: - -There are no statistically significant differences between the attitudes of -primary school teachers towards the role of extracurricular activities in improving In the three dimensions: (improving students' relationship with each other, reducing manifestations of school anxiety, improving comprehension and achievement) - -Professional seniority does not affect any of the three dimensions, while a specialty variable affects some dimensions and not others
