Abstract

Résumé : Cette étude vise à étudier l'impact de l'utilisation des tablettes électroniques éducatives sur le processus de communication pédagogique au cycle primaire, et ce, en observant la nature de l'interaction résultant de l'intégration de cette technologie dans l'environnement éducatif. L'étude a ciblé les élèves de l'école primaire Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda - Tébessa -, en partant d'une problématique principale : quel est l'impact de l'utilisation des tablettes électroniques éducatives sur le processus de communication pédagogique au sein de l'école primaire Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda ? À travers cette recherche, nous avons tenté d'identifier les habitudes et les modes d'utilisation des tablettes électroniques par les élèves de l'école primaire Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda, de cerner les motivations et les raisons de leur utilisation dans l'enseignement, de mesurer le degré de satisfaction des gratifications obtenues, ainsi que de recenser les obstacles qui limitent l'usage efficace de ces tablettes dans le domaine éducatif. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l'approche descriptive a été adoptée, étant la plus appropriée pour analyser la réalité scolaire. L'étude a porté sur un échantillon de 31 parents d'élèves de l'école primaire Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda, en suivant la méthode du recensement exhaustif pour garantir la précision des données. Le questionnaire a été utilisé comme outil principal de collecte de données, et nous avons choisi la théorie des usages et gratifications comme cadre théorique de notre étude. Après avoir mené l'étude sur le terrain, distribué le questionnaire, puis analysé et traité les données, nous sommes parvenus aux résultats suivants : • Des habitudes et des modes d'utilisation multiples ont été observés chez les élèves de l'école primaire Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda concernant l'usage des tablettes électroniques éducatives. Celles-ci sont utilisées de manière hebdomadaire, à raison de près d'une heure par séance, sous la supervision directe de l'enseignant en classe, particulièrement dans la matière de langue arabe par rapport aux autres disciplines. • L'étude a montré que l'une des principales raisons de l'utilisation des tablettes électroniques par les élèves est leur disponibilité au sein de l'école pour tous les apprenants, en plus de l'attrait qu'elles exercent sur eux grâce à leur manière distinctive de présenter les leçons, notamment par le biais de l'explication interactive qui contribue à transmettre l'information de façon claire, renforçant ainsi leur niveau de compréhension. • Les résultats ont également révélé que les principales gratifications obtenues grâce à l'usage de cet outil résident dans la facilitation de la compréhension des leçons difficiles et l'amélioration du niveau de concentration des élèves, en plus de sa contribution à la réalisation des objectifs pédagogiques et au renforcement de la communication entre les élèves et les enseignants. • En contrepartie, l'étude a mis en évidence l'existence d'un ensemble D’obstacles qui limitent l'utilisation efficace des tablettes électroniques, à savoir des contraintes d'ordre technique et organisationnel, ainsi que des barrières liées à la santé et au comportement. Summary: This study aims to investigate the impact of using educational electronic tablets on the educational communication process at the primary school level, by monitoring the nature of interaction resulting from integrating this technology into the educational environment. The study targeted the students of Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda Primary School -Tebessa-, guided by a main problematic: What is the impact of using educational electronic tablets on the educational communication process at Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda Primary School? Through this study, we attempted to identify the habits and patterns of electronic tablet usage among the students of Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda Primary School, to understand the motives and reasons behind their use of electronic tablets in education, to determine the extent to which gratifications are achieved through this usage, and to identify the obstacles that limit the effective use of electronic tablets in the educational field. To achieve these objectives, the descriptive approach was adopted, as it is the most appropriate for analyzing the school reality. The study included a sample of 31 parents of students at Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda Primary School, employing a comprehensive census method to ensure data accuracy. The questionnaire was used as the primary tool for data collection, and we selected the Uses and Gratifications Theory as the theoretical framework for our study. Following the field study, questionnaire distribution, data analysis, and processing, we obtained the following results: • There are multiple habits and patterns of using educational electronic tablets among the students of Hasnaoui Rabeh Ben Hamouda Primary School. They are used on a weekly basis for approximately one hour per session under direct supervision of the teacher inside the classroom, particularly in the Arabic language subject compared to other subjects. • The study showed that one of the most prominent reasons for students using electronic tablets in education is their availability within the school for all students, in addition to their attraction to them thanks to the distinctive way lessons are presented, especially the reliance on interactive explanation, which contributes to delivering information clearly, thereby enhancing their level of comprehension. • The results also revealed that the main gratifications achieved from using this tool include facilitating the understanding of difficult lessons and raising students' concentration levels, in addition to contributing to achieving educational goals and enhancing communication between students and teachers. • Conversely, the study highlighted a set of obstacles that limit the effective use of electronic tablets, consisting of technical and organizational obstacles, along with some health and behavioral obstacles. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء تأثير استخدام الألواح الالكترونية التعليمية على العملية الاتصالية التربوية بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وذلك من خلال رصد طبيعة التفاعل الناتج عن دمج هذه التقنية في البيئة التعليمية. حيث استهدفت هذه الدراسة تلاميذ ابتدائية حسناوي رابح بن حمودة -تبسة- انطلقت من إشكالية رئيسية مفادها ما تأثير استخدام الألواح الالكترونية التعليمية على العملية الاتصالية التربوية بابتدائية حسناوي رابح بن حمودة؟ حيث حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التعرف على عادات وأنماط استخدام تلاميذ ابتدائية حسناوي رابح بن حمودة للألواح الالكترونية ومعرفة دوافع وأسباب استخدامهم للوح الالكتروني في التعليم، ومدى تحقيق الاشباعات المحققة من هذا الاستخدام والتعرف على المعيقات التي تحد من الاستخدام الفعال للألواح الالكترونية في المجال التعليمي. ولتحقيق هذه الاهداف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه الانسب لتحليل الواقع المدرسي، شملت هذه الدراسة عينة عددها 31 من أولياء التلاميذ ابتدائية حسناوي رابح بن حمودة، حيث تم اتباع أسلوب الحصر الشامل لضمان دقة البيانات واستخدمت الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات وقد اخترنا نظرية الاستخدامات والاشباعات مدخل نظري لدراستنا. وبعد قيامنا بالدراسة الميدانية وتوزيع استمارة الاستبيان وتحليل البيانات وتفريغها تحصلنا على النتائج التالية: - هناك عادات وأنماط متعددة لدى تلاميذ ابتدائية حسناوي رابح بن حمودة في استخدام الألواح الالكترونية التعليمية، حيث يتم استعمالها بشكل أسبوعي ومدة تقارب ساعة في كل مرة وذلك تحت إشراف مباشر من المعلم داخل القسم، خاصة في مادة اللغة العربية مقارنة بباقي المواد. - بينت الدراسة أن من أبرز أسباب استخدام الألواح الالكترونية في التعليم لدى التلاميذ هو توفرها داخل المدرسة لجميع التلاميذ إضافة الى انجذابهم اليها بفضل طريقتها المميزة في عرض الدروس خصوصا اعتمادها على الشرح التفاعلي الذي يسهم في تقديم المعلومة بشكل واضح مما يعزز مستوى الفهم لديهم. - كما كشفت النتائج أهم الاشباعات المحققة من استخدام هذه الوسيلة تمثلت في تسهيل فهم الدروس الصعبة ورفع مستوى تركيز التلاميذ، إضافة الى مساهمتها في تحقيق الاهداف التعليمية وتعزيز التواصل بين التلاميذ والمعلمين. - في المقابل، أوضحت الدراسة وجود مجموعة من المعيقات التي تحد من الاستخدام الفعال للألواح الالكترونية تمثلت في معيقات تقنية وتنظيمية إلى جانب بعض المعيقات الصحية والسلوكية.
