تناولت هذه الدراسة دور التحول الرقمي في تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية الصحية في المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية تيجاني هدام بئر العاتر، بالإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وبإستخدام الإستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، لعينة عشوائية تشمل 30 موظف بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، تضم عمال إداريين وطاقم طبي ومهندسين في الإعلام الآلي، بينت نتائج التحليل أن التحول الرقمي وأبعاده المتمثلة في بعد التقنيات والبرامج، بعد ثقافة التحول الرقمي وبعد الكفاءات البشرية الرقمية، لها تأثيرات إيجابية وذات دلالة إحصائية على تحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية الصحية بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، وعليه تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية تطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية، وضرورة تعزيز إهتمام المؤسسة العمومية الإستشفائية تيجاني هدام بئر العاتر بنشر ثقافة التحول الرقمي وتأهيل الموارد البشرية، بما يضمن تسريع الخدمة الصحية وتحسين متابعة المرضى ورفع رضا المرضى والموارد الطبية= This study examined the role of digital transformation in improving the quality of public health services at the Tijani Haddam Public Hospital Institution in Bir El Ater, relying on the descriptive-analytical method and using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The sample consisted of 30 randomly selected employees from the institution under study, including administrative staff, medical personnel, and computer engineering specialists. The analysis results revealed that digital transformation and its dimensions namely the technology and software dimension, the digital transformation culture dimension, and the digital human competencies dimension have positive and statistically significant effects on improving the quality of public health services at the institution under study. Accordingly, the study emphasizes the importance of developing digital infrastructure, and the necessity of enhancing the Tijani Haddam Public Hospital Institution's commitment to spreading a culture of digital transformation and qualifying human resources, in order to ensure the acceleration of health service delivery, improved patient follow-up, and increased satisfaction among both patients and medical staff
دور القيادة الأخلاقية في ترسيخ الممارسات المحاسبية المستدامة

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور المحوري الذي تلعبه القيادة الأخلاقية بأبعادها (العدالة والنزاهة، توجيه السلوك وتوضيح الدور، تقاسم السلطة والاهتمام بالاستدامة) في ترسيخ ممارسات المحاسبة المستدامة بأبعادها الثلاثة (البيئية، الاجتماعية، والاقتصادية والحوكمة) داخل المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. وقد تم تطبيق الدراسة ميدانيا على عينة من إطارات مؤسسة صوميفوص -بئر العاتر-، وذلك من خلال الجمع بين المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واستخدام الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، ومن ثم معالجتها إحصائيا بالاعتماد على برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة الى عدة نتائج أهمها ما يلي: - وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (α ≤ 0.05) للقيادة الأخلاقية في ترسيخ ممارسات المحاسبة المستدامة في مؤسسة صوميفوص -بئر العاتر-، حيث تفسر القيادة الأخلاقية ما نسبته%42.7 من التغيرات الحاصلة في مستوى ممارسات المحاسبة المستدامة. - احتل بعد تقاسم السلطة والاهتمام بالاستدامة المرتبة الأولى كأكثر الأبعاد تأثيرا على ممارسات المحاسبة المستدامة داخل المؤسسة= This study aims to highlight the pivotal role of ethical leadership, with its dimensions of justice, integrity, guiding behavior, role clarification, power sharing, and concern for sustainability, in establishing sustainable accounting practices with their three dimensions: environmental, social, economic, and governance, within Algerian economic institutions, The study was applied in the field to a sample of cadres of the Somiphos institution in Bir El Ater, through combining the descriptive analytical approach and using the questionnaire as a main tool for data collection, then statistically processing them relying on the Statistical Analysis Program (SPSS). The study reached several results, the most important of which are the following: - There is a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.05) of ethical leadership in consolidating sustainable accounting practices in the Somiphos institution in Bir El Ater, where ethical leadership explains (42.7%) of the changes occurring in the level of sustainable accounting practices. - The dimension of power sharing and concern for sustainability ranked first as the most influential dimension on sustainable accounting practices within the company. - The dimension of justice and integrity represents an important organizational foundation, but its direct statistical effect was relatively limited.
