It was divided into two chapters: a theoretical study of digital transformation, its dimensions, objectives, and the challenges facing its implementation, as well as financial control, its types, importance, and the relationship between digital transformation and financial control; and an applied study at the Algeria Telecom Agency in Tebessa Province for the period 2023-2025.
