Abstract

يشهد قطاع المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر اهتماما متزايدا يتبنى تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في ظل التطورات التكنولوجيا المتسارعة، لما لها من دور في تحسين الأداء وتعزيز القدرة التنافسية وتطوير الخدمات داخل المؤسسة ويرجع هذا التوجه الى أهمية الذكاء الاصطناعي في تسريع اتخاذ القرار ، تحسين جودة الخدمات وتحقيق فعالية أكبر في مختلف الأنشطة، مما يجعله من أبرز التقنيات الحديثة الداعمة في نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة، ورغم المزايا التي يوفرها الذكاء الاصطناعي الا أن المؤسسات الناشئة لا تزال تواجه عدة تحديات تعيق توسيع استخدامه من بينها ضعف التمويل، نقص التكوين المتخصص، محدودية الدعم التقني والتنظيمي إضافة الى الحاجة الى بنية تحتية رقمية أكثر تطورا، وهو ما يؤثر على مستوى الاستفادة الكاملة من هذه التقنيات، لذلك أصبح من الضروري تعزيز الاستثمار في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوفير بيئة داعمة تساعد على توفير استخدامه وتحقيق الاستفادة منو مستقبلا= The startup sector in Algeria is witnessing a growing interest in adopting Artificial Intelligence applications amidst rapid technological advancements. This trend is driven by Al's pivotal role in enhancing performance, boosting competitiveness, and developing internal services. This shift is attributed to the importance of Al in accelerating decision-making, improving service quality, and achieving greater efficiency across various activities, making it one of the most prominent modern technologies supporting the success of startups Despite the advantages provided by Artificial Intelligence, startups still face several challenges that hinder its expanded use. These include insufficient funding, a lack of specialized training, limited technical and regulatory support, and the need for a more advanced digital infrastructure. These factors impact the ability to fully leverage these technologies. Therefore, it has become essential to promote investment in Al and provide a supportive ecosystem that facilitates its adoption and maximizes its future benefits.
