Abstract

حيث تم التحليل الكمي لمؤشرات الرقابة المالية على مدار ثلاث سنوات في ظل تطبيق التحول الرقمي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التحول الرقمي له تأثير كبير من خلال الأنظمة الرقمية المعتمدة على عملية الرقابة المالية، حيث عززت الشفافية وسرعة الوصول الى المعلومات، مما أدى إلى تقليص التحديات التي يمكن مواجهتها والتفادي المسبق للأخطار والمخاطر المحتمل وقوعها= This study aimed to address the role of digital transformation in improving the financial control system. It was divided into two chapters: a theoretical study of digital transformation, its dimensions, objectives, and the challenges facing its implementation, as well as financial control, its types, importance, and the relationship between digital transformation and financial control; and an applied study at the Algeria Telecom Agency in Tebessa Province for the period 2023-2025.
