دور الرقمنة في تحسين تسيير العمليات المالية دراسة عينة في المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور الرقمنة في تحسين تسيير العمليات المالية لدى عينة من المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية بولاية تبسة؛ واختيرت هذه المؤسسات كمجال لتطبيق الدراسة وإجراء البحث واختبار فرضياته، ثم اختيار عينة مقصودة تتألف من (40) موظف شمل محاسبين، مسؤولين ماليين، وإداريين. وتم اعتماد استمارة الاستبانة لهذا الغرض، من خلال دراسة أثر البنية التحتية الرقمية، استخدام الأنظمة الرقمية، والكفاءة التقنية والموارد البشرية على كفاءة تسيير العمليات المالية. وقد استخدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية في تحليل البيانات واستخراج النتائج باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. Ver. 27. حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الرقمنة بأبعادها الثلاثة وكفاءة تسيير العمليات المالية، حيث تساهم الرقمنة في تسريع العمليات المالية، تحسين جودة المعلومات المالية، وتعزيز الرقابة والشفافية داخل المؤسسات محل الدراسة= This study aimed to examine the role of digitalization in enhancing the management efficiency of financial operations within a sample of Algerian economic institutions located in Tebessa Province, which was selected as the field of application for the study and for testing its hypotheses. A purposive sample consisting of 40 employees was selected, including accountants, financial managers, and administrative staff. A structured questionnaire was employed as the primary data collection instrument. The study investigated the impact of digital infrastructure, the use of digital systems, and technical competencies and human resources on the efficiency of financial operations management. To analyze the collected data, a range of statistical methods was applied, and the findings were generated using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), Version 27. The findings revealed the existence of a statistically significant relationship between digitalization, across its three dimensions, and the efficiency of financial operations management. The results further demonstrated that digitalization contributes to accelerating financial procedures, improving the quality and accuracy of financial information, and strengthening financial control and transparency within the institutions under investigation
