دور المسؤولية الإجتماعية في تحسين الأداء الإجتماعي للمؤسسة دراسة حالة : مستشفى خالدي عبد العزيز تبسة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر المسؤولية اإلجتماعية على رفع األداء اإلجتماعي داخل مستشفى خالدي عبد العزيز تبسة من خالل تحليل أبعادها المتمثلة في البعد اإلنساني والقانوني واألخالقي واالنضباطي والبيئي، وبيان مدى مساهمتها في رفع اآلداء اإلجتماعي. واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لعرض اإلطار النظري، إلى جانب منهج دراسة الحالة عبر تصميم ُو Spss استبانة زعت على موظفي المستشفى محل الدراسة، مع تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج باالعتماد على أساليب إحصائية الختبار الفرضيات. وتوصلت النتائج إلى وجود أثر ذو داللة إحصائية للمسؤولية اإلجتماعية على اآلداء اإلجتماعي عند مستو ى(0.05 ≥ α (، كما تبين أن جميع أبعادها تؤثر إيجابيا واالنضباطي من حيث قوة التأثير، وهذا ،ً حيث تصدر البعد األخالقي يعكس تكامل هذه األبعاد في رفع اآلداء اإلجتماعي الكلمات المفتاحية: المسؤولية اإلجتماعية، اآلداء اإلجتماعي، مستشفى خالدي عبد العزيز بتبسة. Abstract: This study aimed to measure the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) on enhancing social performance within the Khaldi Abdelaziz Hospital in Tébessa, by analyzing its dimensions: human, legal, ethical, disciplinary, and environmental, and demonstrating their contribution to improving social performance. The study adopted a descriptive-analytical approach to present the theoretical framework, alongside a case study method using a questionnaire distributed to the hospital's employees. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software, employing statistical methods to test the hypotheses. The findings revealed a statistically significant impact of social responsibility on social performance at the significance level of (α ≤ 0.05) Furthermore, it was found that all dimensions have a positive influence, with the ethical and disciplinary dimensions being the most impactful, reflecting the integration of these dimensions in elevating social performance.
