Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور أخلاقيات الأعمال في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات بتبسة، تم إعداد استبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، تم توزيعها على أفراد عينة الدراسة المكونة من (39) فرد، وقد تمت معالجة البيانات والمعلومات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تبني أخلاقيات العمل (كالصدق، العدالة، المسؤولية، الاحترام، الاستقلالية، الثقة) وتحسين أداء الموارد البشرية (كالإنتاجية، الالتزام، الرضا الوظيفي). كما أظهرت النتائج أن القيم الأخلاقية تؤثر بشكل إيجابي في تعزيز الثقة والانتماء، مما ينعكس مباشرة على كفاءة وفعالية الموارد البشرية= This study aims to reveal the role of business ethics in improving human resources performance at the Phosphate Mines Institution in Tébessa. A questionnaire was developed as the primary tool for data collection and was distributed to a study sample consisting of 45 individuals. The collected data and information were processed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The study reached a set of key findings, most notably: the existence of a statistically significant impact relationship between the adoption of work ethics (such as honesty, justice, responsibility, respect, autonomy, and trust) and the improvement of human resources performance (such as productivity, commitment, and job satisfaction). Furthermore, the results indicated that ethical values positively influence the enhancement of trust and organizational belonging, which reflects directly on the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources .
