دور الرقمنة في تعزيز الاستدامة الاقتصادية للمؤسسات -دراسة حالة شركة مناجم الفوسفات "سوميفوس" تبسة-

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل دور الرقمنة في تعزيز الاستدامة الاقتصادية داخل المؤسسات، مع اتخاذ مؤسسة "سوميفوس" –تبسة– نموذجا تطبيقيا للدراسة، حيث ركزت على تشخيص واقع التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسة، ودراسة أثر الأنظمة الرقمية المعتمدة، مثل نظامي SAGE وERP، على الأداء الاقتصادي والتشغيلي، إضافة إلى تحديد أبرز المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية التحول الرقمي داخل المؤسسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة إيجابية بين تطبيق الرقمنة وتعزيز الاستدامة الاقتصادية، حيث ساهمت الأنظمة الرقمية في تحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية، وترشيد التكاليف، وتحسين دقة البيانات، وتسريع عملية اتخاذ القرار، كما بينت النتائج أن التحول الرقمي داخل مؤسسة سوميفوس –تبسة- لا يزال يطبق بشكل جزئي، إذ يتركز أساسا في الجوانب الإدارية والمالية، في حين ما تزال بعض العمليات التشغيلية والمنجمية تعتمد على أساليب تقليدية، كما أظهرت الدراسة أن مقاومة التغيير وضعف البنية التحتية التقنية يمثلان من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه تطوير الرقمنة داخل المؤسسة= This study aimed to analyze the role of digitalization in enhancing economic sustainability within enterprises, taking the "SOMIPHOS" enterprise in Tebessa as a case study. It focused on diagnosing the reality of digital transformation within the enterprise, examining the impact of adopted digital systems—such as SAGE and ERP—on economic and operational performance, and identifying the main obstacles that limit the effectiveness of digital transformation within the organization. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the implementation of digitalization and the enhancement of economic sustainability, The digital systems contributed to improving operational efficiency, optimizing costs, enhancing data accuracy, and accelerating the decision-making process, Furthermore, the findings revealed that digital transformation within the "SOMIPHOS" enterprise (Tebessa) is still partially implemented, as it is mainly concentrated in administrative and financial aspects, while some operational and mining processes still rely on traditional methods, The study also showed that resistance to change and weak technical infrastructure represent the most prominent challenges facing the development of digitalization within the enterprise.
