    أثر التحول الرقمي على اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية دراسة حالة مديرية الضرائب-"٤٪﷼ تبسة

    هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر التحول الرقمي على عملية صنع القرار الإداري في مديرية الضرائب بتبسة، وذلك من خلال دراسة مدى إسهام التحول الرقمي في تحسين فعالية القرارات الإدارية داخل المؤسسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، تم اعتماد المنهج التحليلي الوصفي. واستُخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات من عينة مكونة من 110 موظفين في مديرية الضرائب بتبسة. وتم تحليل البيانات المجمعة باستخدام برنامج SPSS. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج، كان أهمها وجود علاقة تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التحول الرقمي وعملية صنع القرار الإداري. وفي ضوء هذه النتائج، قدمت الدراسة أيضًا مجموعة من التوصيات المتعلقة بالموضوع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التحول الرقمي، صنع القرار الإداري، المهارات الرقمية، البنية التحتية، قطاع الضرائب. This study aimed to identify the impact of digital transformation on administrative decision-making at the Tax Directorate of Tebessa, by examining the extent to which digital transformation contributes to improving the effectiveness of administrative decisions within the institution. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for data collection from a sample of 110 employees of the Tax Directorate of Tebessa. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which was the existence of a statistically significant impact relationship between digital transformation and administrative decision-making. In light of the findings, the study also presented a set of recommendations related to the subject.
